For the enterprise story I will be focusing on how students from Colton High School (Colton, Washington) are involved and how much the students actually get involved with the community of Colton as well.
I have already spoke briefly with Nathan Smith, the principle of Colton HS, and plan to speak with at least one student and another administrator from the school for the story. For the other administrator I was planning on talking to the athletic director to see how many students are involved in athletics and if there is a problem with funding or getting students from the small town to play sports (and why that is the case).
Other possible questions to the administrators are how are students motivated to get involved, if there are any affiliations with Washington State University and other potential questions that might arise.
